• Knowledgeable of craft beer and creating an exceptional experience for customers.
• Able to describe, sell and pour craft beers as an "expert" of the brewery and craft beer industry.
• Welcome guests with friendliness and enthusiasm.
• Responsd promptly and appropriately to customers.
• Educate customers on drat menu and able to explain difference between styles.
• Take pride in craft beer and continuing educatoin.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Provide professional and excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments using POS (Point of Sale).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices.
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences.
• Casual restaurant/bar serving oak fired pizza and other comfort food.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a similar role required.
